Project Manager \u2013 Construction Applications & New Facility Build Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n Remote Role<\/strong><\/p>\n Compensation<\/strong>: $70 – $80 per hour<\/p>\n Duration<\/strong>: 6 Months<\/p>\n Start Date<\/strong>: 10\/26\/26<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead application and technology workstreams for new healthcare facility construction and expansion projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, and unit expansions. This remote, six-month role is focused exclusively on managing application builds, system implementations, and operational readiness activities required to open new facilities\u2014this is not a physical construction or infrastructure PM role. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams across 30+ applications, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of technology solutions. You will be responsible for project planning, risk management, documentation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to PMO and PMI methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading complex application deployments in healthcare construction environments, with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
