Working closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders, the analyst designs and builds Epic workflows that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices while ensuring a successful deployment and transition to production.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Design, configure, and maintain Epic application functionality based on business and clinical requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate workflows into Epic system configuration.<\/p>\n<p>Participate in solution design sessions and recommend best practices for application build and optimization.<\/p>\n<p>Configure new departments, clinics, providers, users, security settings, and workflows to support expansion into new facilities and locations.<\/p>\n<p>Develop, execute, and support unit testing, integrated testing, workflow validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).<\/p>\n<p>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, workflow issues, and system enhancements throughout implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Support data validation, interface testing, and system integration activities with ancillary applications.<\/p>\n<p>Create and maintain system documentation, build specifications, testing scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.<\/p>\n<p>Provide go-live planning, activation support, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.<\/p>\n<p>Analyze end-user feedback and recommend workflow improvements and system optimization opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure application configuration complies with Epic standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with project managers, trainers, informatics teams, developers, and third-party vendors throughout the implementation lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current Epic certification in assigned application(s).<\/p>\n<p>Experience supporting full lifecycle Epic implementations, including design, build, testing, go-live, and optimization.<\/p>\n<p>Experience implementing Epic for new hospitals, clinics, or healthcare locations preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of clinical or revenue cycle workflows within healthcare organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in large-scale healthcare IT implementations.<\/p>\n<p>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Epic Modules being implemented<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EpicCare Inpatient<\/p>\n<p>Willow Inpatient<\/p>\n<p>Willow Ambulatory<\/p>\n<p>EpicCare Ambulatory<\/p>\n<p>Healthy Planent<\/p>\n<p>Radiant<\/p>\n<p>Beaker<\/p>\n<p>Cadence\/Prelude\/MyChart<\/p>\n<p>Resolute Hospital Billing<\/p>\n<p>Resolute Pro Billing<\/p>\n<p>Cogito\/Caboodle\/Clarity<\/p>\n<p>HIM\/ROI<\/p>\n<p>Bridges\/HL7\/FHIR<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education\/Certification(s)\/License(s) (Must have at least one of the certifications listed below):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EpicCare Inpatient<\/p>\n<p>Willow Inpatient<\/p>\n<p>Willow Ambulatory<\/p>\n<p>EpicCare Ambulatory<\/p>\n<p>Healthy Planet<\/p>\n<p>Radiant<\/p>\n<p>Beaker<\/p>\n<p>Cadence<\/p>\n<p>Resolute HB<\/p>\n<p>Resolute PB<\/p>\n<p>Cogito<\/p>\n<p>HIM<\/p>\n<p>Bridges<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":774,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Olympia, Washington","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Medasource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[15],"class_list":["post-3995","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Epic Analysts - State of WA EHR Implentation, Olympia Washington<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Epic Analysts - State of WA EHR Implentation, Olympia Washington - - Search the latest jobs from Medasource.
