This individual will serve as a hands-on onsite resource responsible for desktop support, break\/fix activities, device deployments, and general IT support functions that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Job Description<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Field Services Technician I<\/strong> will provide onsite support for caregivers, clinicians, and administrative staff within a hospital environment. This role will focus on resolving technical issues, supporting workstation and device deployments, performing break\/fix activities, and assisting with desktop-related projects as needed.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and experience supporting Windows-based environments. Previous healthcare experience is not required.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide onsite desktop and end-user support<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, peripherals, and connectivity issues<\/li>\n<li>Respond to and document incidents and service requests through the ticketing system<\/li>\n<li>Perform break\/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals<\/li>\n<li>Deploy, install, configure, and replace end-user equipment<\/li>\n<li>Support workstation moves, adds, and changes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with desktop team initiatives and project-based work<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation and asset records<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer service to both clinical and non-clinical users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Skill Set Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of desktop support, help desk, field services, or related IT support experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and standard desktop applications<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with hardware deployment, device setup, and break\/fix support<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within a ticketing system<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and reliable transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nice to Haves<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous healthcare or hospital IT experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365<\/li>\n<li>PC imaging and deployment experience<\/li>\n<li>Asset management experience<\/li>\n<li>CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Education \/ Certifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED required<\/li>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or equivalent certifications preferred<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license required\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":774,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Polson, Montana","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Medasource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[15],"class_list":["post-3851","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Field Services Technician I-II, Polson Montana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Field Services Technician I-II, Polson Montana - - Search the latest jobs from Medasource.
