As a Field Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by serving as the primary liaison for post-sales customer support during the installation, implementation, and training of clinical chemistry and immunoassay analyzers and instruments at client sites nationwide. This entry-level, field-based position offers extensive mentorship and requires a high degree of independence, self-direction, and visibility. You will travel nationally up to 95% of the time, including overnight stays Monday through Friday, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure successful solution adoption. This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on healthcare delivery while developing your technical and customer service skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment. The position is an 18-month contract with the potential for extension up to 3 years or conversion to a permanent role.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary liaison providing post-sales customer support during installation and implementation of clinical chemistry and immunoassay analyzers\/instruments at customer sites nationwide<\/li>\n<li>Validate analyzer installations to ensure proper setup and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Assess customer organizational structure, workflow, and knowledge to identify training gaps<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver training to customers on platforms, processes, and expectations, including planning and coordination for implementation<\/li>\n<li>Provide first-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for customer issues, escalating complex issues as needed<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for new system consumables (e.g., reagents, primary antibodies, bio-markers, software) for clients<\/li>\n<li>Document and report on implementation progress, customer feedback, and issues encountered<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and continuous improvement of implementation processes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain extensive onsite presence with up to 95% travel, including overnight stays Monday through Friday, to support a national client base<\/li>\n<li>Receive mentorship and guidance to develop expertise in clinical chemistry and immunoassay solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences<\/li>\n<li>3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT support in a clinical lab environment<\/li>\n<li>ASCP certification (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to rapidly gain and apply new knowledge, solutions, and skills for chemistry and IT solutions<\/li>\n<li>Effective customer communication skills (written and verbal), positive attitude, and ability to foster strong internal and external relationships<\/li>\n<li>Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as a field-based individual contributor with autonomy and self-direction<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 95%, including overnight travel Monday through Friday<\/li>\n<li>Must reside within 50 miles of a major metropolitan airport in the US (no relocation provided)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":774,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Indianapolis, Indiana","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Medasource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[15],"class_list":["post-3390","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>FIS (June), Indianapolis Indiana<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"FIS (June), Indianapolis Indiana - - Search the latest jobs from Medasource.
