Providence is seeking two Field Services Technicians to support end-user computing and device lifecycle operations within the Spokane service area. These resources will join an established field services team responsible for maintaining desktop support operations, resolving technical issues, and assisting with ongoing hardware refresh and deployment initiatives.<\/p>\n
Job Description:<\/p>\n
The Field Services Technician will provide onsite support for caregivers and end users across Providence facilities in the Spokane market. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to tickets, performing break\/fix activities, deploying and replacing devices, supporting workstation moves\/adds\/changes, and assisting with device lifecycle projects. This role is heavily focused on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting broader infrastructure and endpoint modernization efforts.<\/p>\n
Skill Set Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022 1+ years of desktop support, field services, or help desk experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware and software issues<\/p>\n
\u2022 Hands-on experience with desktop\/laptop deployments and device replacements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong customer service and communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience working within a ticketing system<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Reliable transportation for travel between supported locations if needed<\/p>\n
