Medasource is seeking a Scrum Master to support an enterprise healthcare client\u2019s Integration Platform Engineering team. This team is responsible for enabling critical platform, integration, API, middleware, and cloud-based initiatives that support broader enterprise technology modernization efforts.<\/p>\n

Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile delivery across integration and platform engineering workstreams. This individual will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support sprint execution, remove delivery blockers, and help drive alignment across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and application teams.<\/p>\n

This role requires a strong delivery-focused Scrum Master who can operate in a complex enterprise environment, partner closely with Product Owners, and keep teams focused on sprint goals, roadmap priorities, and measurable delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting technical teams working across APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, CI\/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.<\/p>\n

Skill Set Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

7\u201310+ years of experience in IT delivery, project coordination, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles<\/p>\n

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required<\/p>\n

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives<\/p>\n

Ability to coach teams on Agile\/Scrum best practices, continuous improvement, and self-organization<\/p>\n

Experience supporting integration platforms, APIs, middleware, messaging systems, or cloud-based environments<\/p>\n

Proven ability to track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics<\/p>\n

Experience managing Agile teams across complex enterprise programs or multi-team environments<\/p>\n

Ability to identify, escalate, and remove blockers impacting team delivery<\/p>\n

Strong stakeholder communication skills across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and application teams<\/p>\n

Experience partnering with Product Owners to maintain, prioritize, and sequence product backlogs<\/p>\n

Ability to align sprint execution with roadmap priorities, enterprise initiatives, and business value<\/p>\n

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP<\/p>\n

Understanding of CI\/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and modern software delivery environments<\/p>\n

Nice to Haves:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience working within Integration Platform Engineering, enterprise integration, or platform modernization teams<\/p>\n

Healthcare IT experience<\/p>\n

Experience operating in a SAFe environment, including PI Planning or roadmap alignment<\/p>\n

Experience supporting API gateway, middleware, cloud migration, or application modernization initiatives<\/p>\n

Familiarity with infrastructure, security, and application development dependencies in large enterprise environments<\/p>\n

Experience reporting delivery metrics and executive-level status updates<\/p>\n

Education\/Certification(s)\/License(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred<\/p>\n

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required<\/p>\n
