  • Serves as a senior level Epic analyst<\/strong> supporting surgical services workflows, specifically Epic Optime and Anesthesia<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Works with clinical, operational, and IT teams to design, build, optimize, and support Epic applications post go live<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Acts as a subject matter resource<\/strong> for perioperative systems and ongoing enhancements<\/li>\n

    Core Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

    • Build, configure, and maintain<\/strong> Epic Optime (and often Anesthesia)<\/li>\n
    • Support:\n

      • Surgery scheduling workflows<\/li>\n
      • Case documentation<\/li>\n
      • Preference cards<\/li>\n
      • OR utilization and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Troubleshooting & support<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Handle incidents, tickets, and system issues<\/li>\n
        • Root cause analysis and long term fixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Optimization work<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Improve workflows post stabilization<\/li>\n
          • Partner with perioperative leadership on enhancements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Project work<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Participate in upgrades, new departments, or expansions<\/li>\n
            • Lead or contribute to system implementations and integrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Stakeholder engagement<\/strong>\n

              • Work directly with surgeons, OR staff, anesthesia teams<\/li>\n
              • Translate clinical needs into system solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n

                • Epic certification:\n
                    \n
                  • Optime (required)<\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Anesthesia (strong plus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Experience:\n

                    • ~4 plus years Epic analyst experience (senior level expectation aligns with market and postings) <\/li>\n
