  • Support the development and implementation of stigma reduction strategies, provider curriculum, and activities designed to improve perceptions and experiences related to oral health care and promote more welcoming, accessible, and patient-centered services.
  • Monitor project progress and performance across participating counties, tracking established goals, performance measures, and identifying opportunities to strengthen implementation.
  • Coordinate project data collection and management, including maintaining data quality and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required quarterly grant reports, weekly project updates, and other deliverables in accordance with established timelines, project objectives, and funding requirements.
  • Participate in and facilitate meetings, workgroups, trainings, community engagement activities, and other project-related activities.
  • Perform other duties necessary to support successful implementation of the pilot program.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience with community outreach, oral health education, provider collaboration, or public health programming.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate project activities, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with community partners.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact, federally funded pilot program improving oral health access in rural communities
  • Flexible hybrid work environment based in Frankfort, KY
