Job Description
Job Title: Field Services Technician I-II
Hourly/Salary Compensation Range: $25ā35/hour
Contract Length: Contract through December 31, 2026
Location: Everett, WA ā Onsite
Hours: 40 hours/week, MondayāFriday
Start Date: ASAP
Client Overview:
Our client is a large healthcare organization supporting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Field Technology Services team provides hands-on technical support to clinical and administrative users and helps maintain and deploy endpoint and communication devices throughout the hospital environment.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Field Services Technician to join the onsite IT team in Everett, WA through the end of 2026. This individual will support a combination of device deployment, lifecycle refresh, and day-to-day desktop support initiatives.
Primary responsibilities will include preparing and deploying iPhones, Vocera devices, phones, and other endpoints; completing lifecycle equipment replacements; and assisting with general desktop support tickets.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation and be comfortable working independently. The technician will receive direction around key priorities but should be able to manage their workload, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify additional work once assigned tasks are completed.
Skill Set Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional Desktop Support, Field Services, Help Desk, or similar IT support experience
- Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, and replacing end-user devices
- Experience supporting Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take direction and independently execute assigned priorities
- Self-starter who can effectively manage workload without constant supervision
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Everett
Nice to Haves:
- Previous hospital or healthcare IT experience
- Experience with device lifecycle/refresh projects
- iPhone or other enterprise mobile-device deployment experience
- Vocera device experience
- Experience supporting clinical users in an acute-care environment
Education/Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar technical certifications are a plus but not required
