Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer
Remote (U.S.-based; eligible states to be confirmed)
Remote
Compensation: $27 per hour
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Schedule: Full-time, staggered shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer for a four-month remote contract to support a healthcare call center environment. As a QA Reviewer, you will play a critical role in maintaining service quality standards during a period of internal transition. You will focus on evaluating customer service excellence, call quality, and adherence to workflow standards within Epic, ensuring a high-quality patient and caller experience. This position requires hands-on Epic proficiency, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. Comprehensive onboarding and training on QA standards and Epic workflows will be provided, with the expectation that you will quickly achieve independence and accountability in daily operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor and evaluate call center interactions using a standardized QA scorecard
  • Review and score recorded calls via the Verint system, documenting performance
  • Assess calls based on workflow accuracy (including standard clicks and navigation in Epic), completion of required fields and documentation, and customer service/soft skills (tone, empathy, professionalism)
  • Listen to and score approximately 25 assigned call recordings per week
  • Perform Epic account lookups to validate accuracy of call handling
  • Provide objective feedback and insights to support continuous improvement in call quality and operations
  • Maintain consistency and objectivity in scoring and evaluations
  • Collaborate with team members during onboarding and training to ensure understanding of QA standards, including shadowing and familiarization with Epic workflows

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-2 years of call center quality assurance experience in the healthcare sector
  • Background in healthcare call center, patient access, or pre-registration
  • Hands-on experience with Epic systems
  • Strong understanding of call center QA methodologies and scorecards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and customer service evaluation skills
  • Ability to maintain consistency and objectivity in scoring
  • Ability to operate independently and ramp up quickly
