Job Description
Job Title:Ā Ambulatory Access Optimization Specialist
Location:Ā Hybrid (1-2 days onsite)
Client:Ā Large Healthcare Client
Start Date:Ā ASAP
Duration:Ā 6 month contract to hire
Job Overview:
Our large healthcare client is looking for two Ambulatory Access Optimization Specialists to join their team for a 6-month, contract to hire position. The organization is going through an enterprise wide access transformation project, where you will assist in their goal to redesign all access-related components of their business inclusing provider templates, referrals, scheduling, and many others.
Responsbilities:
- Task-oriented execution
- This includes intaking requests via ServiceNow, updating provider templates, managing access related queus, closing tickets and documenting outcomes.
- Gap identification
- Partnering with informatics and the EMR education team to identify access bottlenecks or gaps related to workflow changes or training and re-education
- Reporting
- Maintaining and monitoring access dashboards. This includes flagging non-standard templates or workflows, tracking referral volumes, utilization, no-shows/cancellations, and more.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an access, scheduling, or template heavy environments.
- Strong organization and analytical skills
