VP, BPaaS Solutions (Healthcare)

Compensation: $250,000 – $275,000 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a dynamic VP of BPaaS Solutions (Healthcare) to lead the development and execution of innovative solution strategies for healthcare payer clients. This executive role is responsible for designing and delivering tailored BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) models that seamlessly integrate technology, operations, and analytics to drive business growth and transformation. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, delivery, operations, and finance—as well as external vendors, to define scalable solution architectures, evaluate and integrate automation and AI tools, and create compelling client presentations, proposals, and pricing models. As a subject matter expert, you will play a key role in client pursuits, RFPs, and executive presentations, while staying ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance BPaaS offerings. This position blends strategic solution design, client engagement, and business development support, requiring strong communication, client-facing, and business development skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop tailored BPaaS solutions that integrate technology platforms and operational delivery models for healthcare payer clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technology, delivery, operations, and finance) to define and implement scalable solution architectures.
  • Partner with vendors to evaluate and integrate third-party tools supporting automation, AI, and process optimization.
  • Create client-ready presentations, proposals, and pricing models for BPaaS solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during client pursuits, RFPs, and executive presentations.
  • Identify market trends and emerging technologies to enhance BPaaS offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support business development efforts by pitching transformative BPaaS models to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in healthcare.
  • Monitor solution performance, gather client feedback, and recommend improvements based on analytics and outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting, with at least 5 years in BPaaS or technology-enabled services.
  • Proven experience designing and presenting end-to-end healthcare payer solutions.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and PowerPoint development skills, with the ability to create compelling client-facing materials.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payer domains such as Claims, Enrollment, Provider Management, or Utilization Management (UM).
  • Experience with HealthEdge products (HealthRules Payer-HRP, GuidingCare, and Source) highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business development initiatives.
  • Expertise in evaluating and integrating automation, AI, and process optimization tools within healthcare solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
