Job Description

Job Title: Data Management Analyst

Location: Hybrid

Schedule: 8–5 CST

Start Date: Mid-January

Position Overview:

The Data Management Analyst supports enterprise-wide master data processes, ensuring upstream and downstream alignment during the Oracle ERP transition. This includes coordinating stakeholders, executing updates, and validating system impacts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle master data updates (A–Z)

• Coordinate meetings and stakeholder discussions

• Update systems and communicate downstream impacts

• Maintain data accuracy and governance across platforms

• Support Oracle migration data readiness activities

• Document processes and maintain audit trails

• Escalate issues as needed to leadership

Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise data management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Oracle experience preferred

• Ability to manage cross-functional communication
