Job Title: Accounting Analyst (Workday and UKG Pro WFM)

Hourly/Salary Compensation Range: Up to $58/hr for meeting all required and preferred qualifications and skills

Location: Remote

Hours: Day Shift | 08:00–16:30

Start Date: 9/8/26 or later

Job Description:

The Accounting Analyst (Workday and UKG Pro WFM) supports a large-scale payroll and workforce management system implementation involving Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive test scenarios, staging test data, executing multiple testing phases, and validating system functionality and payroll accuracy.

The analyst will review test results, research discrepancies and variances, document outcomes, and ensure that identified issues are tracked through to resolution. This position partners closely with HRIS, payroll, IT, and other project stakeholders to validate system integrations, data flows, and overall readiness for deployment. The role is dedicated to project-based implementation work and requires strong organization, detailed documentation, analysis, and follow-through.
