Enrollment Coordinator

Remote Role

Compensation: $18 – $22

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator with a strong background in health-related fields to process and manage high volumes of enrollment requests. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, adept at multi-tasking, and possess at least two years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for processing enrollment requests in compliance with state and federal regulations, auditing enrollment files, maintaining and monitoring membership data across databases such as Facets, and educating customers on government program enrollment, eligibility, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations. You will also research and resolve customer inquiries, perform account reconciliations, communicate enrollment status, and stay current on regulatory requirements. Experience with Epic, individual market enrollment, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations are preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process enrollment requests accurately and timely in compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
  • Audit enrollment files to ensure completeness, organization, and security per policies and procedures
  • Maintain and monitor membership data across various databases including Facets
  • Educate internal and external customers on government programs enrollment, eligibility, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations
  • Research and resolve customer issues and enrollment inquiries within established guidelines
  • Perform reconciliation work on accounts and cases
  • Communicate enrollment status to customers via Facets documentation, phone, and written correspondence
  • Stay current on state and federal requirements impacting the enrollment process

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Quick learner with ability to rapidly pick up new systems and processes
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to manage high volumes of enrollment requests simultaneously
  • 2+ years of experience in a health-related field
  • Prior enrollment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations preferred
  • Experience with Epic and/or Facets systems a strong plus
  • Familiarity with individual market enrollment processes preferred
