Epic Cupid & Radiant Analyst

On-Site Role

Compensation: $80-$95

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking an Epic Cupid & Radiant Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Epic Cardiology (Cupid) and Radiology (Radiant) applications. The role involves conducting discovery and workflow analysis, system build and testing, providing go-live support, troubleshooting and break/fix services, documentation, end-user training, and ongoing optimization and integration. Strong collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders is essential, and the position may require on-call duties and occasional travel. Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant certification, along with prior Epic implementation and support experience, are preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Analyze, design, configure, test, and support Epic Cupid (Cardiology) and Epic Radiant (Radiology) applications
  • Conduct discovery and workflow analysis with clinical and technical stakeholders to identify and document requirements
  • Build and test system configurations to meet organizational and clinical needs
  • Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and break/fix resolution for end users
  • Document processes, workflows, and system changes; deliver comprehensive end-user training
  • Perform ongoing optimization and integration of Epic applications to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support
  • Participate in on-call duties and occasional travel as required

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant certification (preferred)
  • Prior Epic implementation and/or support experience (preferred)
  • Experience analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Epic Cardiology (Cupid) and Radiology (Radiant) applications
  • Ability to conduct discovery and workflow analysis with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in system build, testing, troubleshooting, and break/fix activities
  • Strong documentation and end-user training skills
  • Experience with ongoing optimization and integration of Epic applications
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with clinical and technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties and occasional travel
