Job Title: Technical Lawson Analyst

Location: Remote

Schedule: 8-5

Start Date: January

Position Overview:

This role manages Lawson S3 v10 system administration, patching, security, MXCM/XM, and general technical operations. The Analyst ensures Lawson remains stable, secure, and functional while the organization balances ongoing operations with major enterprise projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and manage Lawson patches, updates, and environment changes

• Administer Lawson security and troubleshoot access issues

• Support MXCM/XM, mobile supply chain tools, and related applications

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues

• Work with vendors (Infor) to resolve support tickets

• Collaborate with programmer on code deployments and testing

• Maintain system documentation, logs, and upgrade records

• Support cross-training and operational continuity efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

• 7+ years Lawson technical/administration experience

• Strong patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting skills

• MXCM/XM experience required

• Understanding of Cobalt-based modules and system architecture

• Strong communication skills across technical and functional teams
