Research Network Coordinator

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 month contract w/ chance of extension

Job Description:

Our client, a major academic medical center in Boston and the nation's largest hospital based research program, is looking for a Research Coordinator to join the study group that is participating in a major COVID-19 trial. As a Research Network Coordinator you will be responsible for working with ARO's across the globe to manage study procedures and operations as assigned by the trial leadership team. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology or related healthcare/science
  • 2+ years of research or trials experience and familiar with GCP, US FDA and EU regulations around human subjects research
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to speak professionally with high level end users
  • Extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the primary ARO liaison, responsible for ensuring proper management of metrics, patient recruitment, and completion of regulatory documents
  • Monitoring ARO activity to ensure study is being conducted according to protocol timelines and budget
  • Address requests and queries submitted by study sites in a timely manner
  • Work with assigned ARO's to manage patient enrollment, day-to-day functions, drug supply tracking, CRF completions, etc.
  • Responsible for educating study sites/ARO's on study procedures and study updates
  • Developing and maintaining drug supply plans and coordinating necessary updates of relevant systems and processes
