Reporting Design Analyst

6-Month Rolling Contracts

Responsibilities

  • Establish quantitative metrics to measure success of system changes throughout Epic Refuel projects and report to leadership.
  • Analyze dashboards of immediate data to establish baseline metrics, confirm anticipated outcomes, and measure success of outcomes following system optimizations.
  • Identify information needed from dashboards and data to measure success of projects holistically.
  • Pull data from dashboards, Tableau, and other technologies to provide reports of project success.
  • Congregate data and effectively communicate end results to leadership across various departments affected.
  • Establish effective methodology for capturing metrics across reports for measuring project success.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and interview end-users to identify what changes within the Epic system need to be made to be successful and what needs to be measured to drive success.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with Epic and within an Epic environment.
    • Understanding of and/or certification within Epic Clarity preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
    • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or SQL preferred.
  • Proven analytical and data skills needed to pull data, create reports, and present data findings and metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
    • Master's degree preferred.
