Position: Radiation Oncology Program Manager- Facilities
Duration: 1 year contract, up to 3 years extension
Location: 100% Remote, ability to travel to various sites in USA
Job Description: We are seeking a Radiation Oncology PM to join our dynamic team to support an exciting opportunity with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The VHA will be standing up 5 new Radiation Oncology Treatment Sites & the Radiation Oncology PM will be responsible for providing assistance to new sites, provide project support and administration and advice on the implementation of new Radiation oncology services at several sites nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to new radiation oncology sites, provide project support and administration and advice on the implementation of new Rad Onc services at several sites around the country.
- Travel several times a year to provide onsite assistance and advice.
- Support the Senior Medical Physicist in the following tasks: weekly meeting support, monthly project updates, manage and facilitate meetings and develop project plans, assist with data analysis and abstraction of data related to master national plans, assistance with strategic planning and capital asset documentation, review CRR documents with the sites.
- Assist with equipment advice and guidance to provide cutting edge care and assist site with master plan for radiation oncology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree heavily preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Radiation Oncology Facilities PM
- US Citizenship or Green Card Status Required
