Publications Manager

Horsham, PA (3 days a week)

 Responsibilities: 

      Lead publication planning and strategy in alignment with the US Scientific Communications Director and team. 

      Execution of the US strategic publication plan.

      Mange external publication vendors for publication planning and execution.

      Work collaboratively with Global Medical Affairs Strategy & Execution Leads to align the US publication plan with the global publication plan.

      Work collaboratively with collaboration partners to align on the US publication plan.

      Oversee publication development and timely execution of abstracts, poster presentations, oral presentations, and manuscripts per ICMJE, GPP2022, and in compliance with publication SOP and policies.

      Leverage best practices across the Medical Affairs team to optimize publication efforts, including use of two-pager process.

      Manage and track overall publication budget.

      Additional responsibilities include:

o  Understand the evolving publications landscape through engagement with and participation in professional societies (i.e., ISMPP)

Qualifications/Requirements

·      Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant scientific and medical publication experience required

·      Bachelors’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a scientific discipline preferred 

·      Must be able to work independently

·      Knowledge of GPP2022 and ICMJE preferred

·      Proven experience in getting results in a highly complex and constantly evolving environment is preferred
