Client: Large Enterprise Healthcare System
Position: Project Manager-Cardiology
Start Date: Dec 4th, 2023
Contract: 6-months with high possibility of extension

Job Description & Desired Skills:
- Healthcare IT Implementation Project Manager with a strong understanding and ability to manage multiple projects that could encompass but are not limited to the following applications and/or types of projects in a large enterprise healthcare environment:
- 5+ years of experience leading technology projects for Clinical Imaging Applications (Cardiology)
- Application experience needs to include all or a combination of PACS, Server upgrades, interfaces and data migration
- PMP-certified or proven application of the PMI methodologies
- Able to recognize issues, identify them early but keep an optimistic mindset to motivate the business units to take action
- Familiar and capable working in a Waterfall Methodology, but it does not hurt to have an understanding and background with Agile environments
- 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare IT Project Management, specifically with projects that focused on application delivery in Post Clinical Imaging
- PMP or CAPM certification desired, but not needed
- Large enterprise healthcare experience is necessary
- Proficient or able to quickly learn G-suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Adaptable and teachable with a variety of Project Portfolio management tools
- Requires a self-starting, detail-oriented individual with strong planning, time management, and communication skills
- Schedule and attend cross-functional project meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, sending out relevant updates, etc.
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of projects
- Comfortable leading regional/remote teams; dealing with ambiguity
- Utilize the project management toolset and process
- Strong communications skills; written, presentation, and oral
- Adapt to new technology solutions utilized by clients
- Ability to identify and remove project roadblocks, resolve issues and mitigate risks
- Deliver high-quality project plans, status updates, and reports in conjunction with the technical project leaders
- A collaborative approach to the business
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities
