Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling of the WW Field Medical Leaders Forum or its equivalent and assist in the generation of the agenda and subsequent tracking and implementation of action items.

•Provide meeting management and facilitation support to the FMX lead as needed to ensure projects and plans move forward.

• Assist in the development, alignment, and implementation of strategic goals and long-range plans to achieve operational excellence. Provide day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

• Develop and maintain project timelines and associated budget to ensure realistic targets, project, and action item completion.

· Assists with managing vendor contracting and tracking

• Establish, maintain, and influence program stakeholder relationships, expectations and communications. Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources as needed.

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.

• Monitor progress and adjust as needed. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage work priorities and follow tasks through completion.

• Ability to oversee and coordinate several activities and stakeholders including external partners, if relevant.

• Knowledge and/or experience with agile methodology a plus.

• Knowledge on Medical Affairs initiatives, and knowledge of external landscape and competitor field.

• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, along with technical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ability to communicate and present complex issues in a simple and concise manner to project teams as well as leadership teams.

• Quick learner, goal oriented, and results driven with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; medical affairs strongly preferred

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Analytical capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

• Proficient in English.
