Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be splitting time between the Grants and Clinical Operations/Program Management Team for a large Pharmaceutical company.

Grants Duties:

• Process Totality Requests for Grants once fully executed LOA is completed

• Ensure supplier has an active supplier profile in Aravo and has registered for ACH electronic payment

• Process Check Requests in Ariba/Emarketplace procurement system

• Update Budget Tracking excel spreadsheet

• Assist with CME newsletter and build slides when necessary

• Work on outcomes reports as grants system allows

Other tasks as assigned.

Program Management and Clinical Operations Duties:

· Prepare, review, input and oversee consultancy contract requests including performing fair market value assessments as well as provide timely updates to project owners

· Creation of timelines for projected department requests

· Project metric tracking (e.g. Steering Committee, Ad Boards, etc.),

· Creation of PowerPoint decks as requested by Program Manages and Clinical Project Scientists

· Cross functional meeting attendance and the identification of process efficiencies

· Other duties as assigned

· BA/BS or equivalent work experience


1. Bachelor’s degree required

2. At least 3 + years of professional experience preferred.

3. Pharmaceutical industry or healthcare related experience preferred.

4. Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.

5.Must demonstrate innovative spirit, problem solving skills, have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to accomplish substantial tasks with minimal supervision.6.Previous working knowledge in the following systems preferred: ARAVO, EMC, EMP (EMarketplace), Ariba (Legacy), Totality, Lynx, Accounts Payable System, Ask GS

7. JNJ Experience a big plus
