Position: Human Resources Project Manager

Client: Large 3rd Party RCM

Location: Remote

Start Date: 7/6

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Job Description:

Our large 3rd party RCM client is looking for a highly skilled HR PM who can run medium to large high priority projects with direct interaction with Operations Teams (Healthcare).

  • Review and analyze current procedures, identify areas for improvement and develop and implement a standardization system across the organization
  • Understand pay differential, Job Descriptions, Benefits and Benefit types, Hierarchies – utilizing that information to drive projects forward.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) on project planning, development, testing, implementation, customer reporting and user support to create a best in class solution and an excellent associate experience
  • Facilitate unit and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support
  • Promote continuous process improvement practices and drive automation and efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, resulting in clear functional designs
  • Establish reports and key performance indicators to aid planning and realize return on investment
  • Acts as a liaison between HR and IT or third-party systems vendors

Required Minimum Education:

  • 4 year/ Bachelors Degree
  • BA, BS

Certification Preferred:


Minimum Years and Type of Experience:

  • 5+ years of Human Resources PM Experience

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Generally running 2-3 medium to large projects at any given time
  • A functional PM
  • Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality

Highly preferred:

  • A Workday “guru”
