Position: HIM Telehealth Support
Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: 2 to 3 month contract

Our client in Louisville KY is looking for Contact Center Support Representatives to join their team. You will be fielding calls and using their custom software to answer patient questions. You will be joining a team with an open environment where you are encouraged to interact with each other, while maintaining a high and quick resolution rate. Taking calls from patients who have been contacted to setup Norton MyChart Incoming/outgoing call experience Use critical thinking skills to quickly and accurate identify issues in a timely and professional manner. Interacting with team on complex problems, escalating issues when needed. Escalate calls when needed, and send out information to clients when needed.
-Call center experience
-Understanding of Microsoft Office
-Comfortable meeting time deadlines
-Basic understanding of Healthcare terminology
-2-3 years of call center experience.
-Multiple years of Healthcare experience.
