3-Month Contract

Scope of Work/Deliverables Expected:

 

Project Management of HealthCare IT projects including CoverMyMeds Epic Integration, Simplicity Personalized Dosimetry Software, Cactus – Symplr Nurse Licensing Compliance and other projects as identified.

 

Skill Sets Required:

 

Project Management, Effective Communication, Microsoft Office, Positively Motivate Team Members, Analytical and Critical Thinking.

Successfully operate effectively within a matrixed organization; have the ability to lead and direct others toward goal setting and attainment, taking into account divergent demands while managing scope and timelines; demonstrates strong analytical and qualitative research experience; be well organized; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); enjoy working independently as well as closely with their co-workers in a supportive team environment; outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); above average customer service skills; strong ability to engage and motivate others; active listening skills; and a thorough understanding of resource and employee management.

 

Skill Sets Preferred:

 

Experience with HealthCare IT integration projects, HealthCare IT application projects.

Can clearly communicate with leadership, IT staff and operations staff, can prepare schedule projections.
