Job Title: Senior Epic Radiant Analyst

Location: Remote, potential on-site requirements in Chicagoland area

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Optimization

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current workflows and recommend system enhancements aligned with clinical best practices.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, new feature implementations, and testing processes.
  • Lead the build, configuration, and deployment of Epic Radiant, ensuring seamless integration with other Epic modules and systems.
  • Analyze radiology department requirements to design workflows that optimize efficiency and patient care.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute detailed project plans for Radiant implementations.

Workflow Analysis & Support

  • Analyze radiology workflows to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions using Epic Radiant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Act as a key resource for escalated Radiant-related incidents and service requests.
  • Ensure system performance and reliability through regular maintenance, upgrades, and testing.

Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to gather requirements and ensure system functionality aligns with end-user needs.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, workflows, and documentation for end-users and IT staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between radiology departments and the IT team to facilitate communication and alignment.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Epic Radiant certification required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Epic Radiant, including implementation, configuration, optimization, upgrades, and go-lives.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows, including imaging modalities and clinical processes.
