Job Title: Epic Cadence/Referrals Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Client: FL-based Healthcare system

Start Date: 10/14/2024

Duration: 12 months with the possibility for an extension

Description:

Our client based in Central FL is re-designing a variety of Epic financial application workflows and needs subject matter expertise in the Cadence & Referrals application workflows to support a year-long workflow project. We are looking to bring in a team of Cadence & Referral certified analysts to support our client in this initiative. Ideal candidates will have certifications in both Cadence and Referrals with experience supporting referrals-based workflow optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Epic Cadence and Referrals certified (Referrals cert is a plus)
  • 4+ years of Epic build experience
  • Support ticket queues and ticket resolution
  • Can speak/present with confidence to large groups of people.
  • Able to work independently, and in a collaborative setting. Project documentation will be crucial
  • Experience working for a large, multi-state or multi-region health system
