Position: Grants Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 3-4 contract

Start: Mid May


  • Partner with sponsored projects teams to onboard new awards into the organization, ensuring all necessary information is captured and documented.
  • Organize and set up awards in Oracle Cloud Project Management module, following established data governance standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive processes and procedures of Oracle Cloud project module functionalities and data structures.
  • Perform ongoing data quality checks and data cleansing activities within Oracle Cloud to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and maintain data synchronization across various systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to provide insights into project data and support informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in master data management and Oracle Cloud project management.
  • Provide technical assistance to various areas at all staff and management levels.
  • Provides expertise and guidance on grant module best practices, and helps the, organization implement integrated solutions.
  • Responsible for working with business stakeholders to understand their data, requirements and ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving the quality of master data.
  • Responsible for managing government ports (, ERA Commons,, etc.)
  • Responsible for defining and enforcing policies and procedures for managing data, including data quality and data security. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or a similar role.
  • Experience required: reading through grants and pulling data fields such as Budget, Start date, end date, sponsors, terms and conditions, budgets and uploading those data fields into a data base.
  • Proven experience working with grant project data and understanding of the grant project lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Project Management module (preferred, but not required).
