Trial Coordinator Lead

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6 month rolling contract

Job Description:

Our client, a major academic medical center in Boston and the nation's largest hospital based research program, is looking for a Clinical Trial Lead to join a major study group dedicated to the further research and care of cardiovascular disease patients. As a Clinical Trial Lead, you will be responsible for the management and support of a team of clinical trial coordinators focused on managing multiple study sides and ongoing trials, both investigator and industry lead. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology or related healthcare/science
  • 2+ years of professional research experience (clinical preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CTMS or EDC systems is a bonus

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support site management efforts and provide assistance to a team of coordinators, including training and development
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues identified
  • Work under group leadership to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of the department/trial specific SOPs in accordance with the group guidelines and direction
