Position: Cardiology PACS Analyst

Location: Remote, travel on site for go-live

Our National healthcare client is looking for a Mckesson CPACs Implementation Analyst to help their team with increased project demand and backfill an FTE who recently left the organization

Job Description:

  • Experience with leading projects (project management background)
  • Self starter-candidate needs to be motivated and available.
  • Effective delegation. 
  • Collaborating with end users and project team to achieve project objectives and timelines. 
  • Documentation-effectively captures aspects of the project.
  • Organized-Must be able to retrieve any documentation that is recalled for a situation.
  • Completing goals and deadlines 
  • Communication-Good report with clinicians/PMs/AT/RADMs/etc.
  • Strong knowledge of PACs and the downstream systems.
  • Strong understanding of dataflow.
  • Troubleshooting/Problem solving. 
  • Workflow development
  • Able to provide education and training where needed. 
  • Candidate needs to be nimble and able to change course quickly. 
  • Strong conflict management skills.
  • Ability to understand different time zones. 

Soft Skills:


-Sense of urgency when they have an escalation

Required Qualifications:

-CPACs implementation experience on large projects

Preferred Qualifications:

-Mckesson or Change CPACs experience

-Epiphany or Phillips CPACs experience

-5 years of implementation experience
