Position: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Length: 4 months
Location: Orange County, FL
Responsibilities:
- Preform duties relating to screenings of school age children (ages 0-18 y/o)
- Preform thorough physical assessments of students and identify any outlying concerns
- Refer those with results outside the norm to the appropriate follow-up professionals.
- Coordinate with other public health and educational professionals for care and coordination of the student’s health.
- Any other duties requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience of clinical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Strongly preferred, proficient in speaking Spanish.
- Masters’s Degree required.
- Licensure and certification in the state of Florida.
